My goal is to help individuals identify the root causes of their struggles and develop healthy coping mechanisms to overcome them. I use evidence-based therapies, such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), to help individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. I also incorporate mindfulness and self-compassion practices into my therapy sessions to help individuals build resilience and increase their overall well-being.
